We request that you carefully read our Terms & Conditions, as it contains important information regarding our sales agreement, rights and obligations, as well as policies which may pertain to you. Section separation is for reference only and does not modify the terms and conditions coverage.
By using the Supernova Gaming website, shopping with us as a customer, downloading software, reading our blog, subscribing to our newsletter, or creating an account, you agree to our Terms & Conditions below.
By agreeing you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions. Any attempt to change this document will be null and void, unless agreed upon in written documentation by both you and Supernova Gaming. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior written notice.
Upon checking out with Supernova Gaming, you are required to acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you will not be allowed to checkout. Please read this document in its entirety prior to purchasing.
Section 1: Definitions
“Supernova”, “Supernova Gaming”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, means: Supernova Gaming, LLC.
“You” or “Your” means: the individual customer, entity, or product purchased by the customer.
“Our Website”, “The Supernova Gaming Website” or “SupernovaGamingPC.com” means: Supernova Gaming’s Website (www.SupernovaGamingPC.com).
Section 2: Payment Terms
Prices as listed on the Supernova Gaming website are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. This excludes shipping, handling, and taxes in an are where you reside. Terms of payment are within Supernova Gaming’s sole discretion, unless agreed to in writing by Supernova Gaming. Payments must be received by us before we can accept and process an order. Supernova Gaming may invoice parts of an order separately, such as but not limited to a full custom order, parts of a custom order, additions, designs, custom work, and more. Some products may carry an extra future charge including but not limited to custom and/or modification work, art, and more. Invoice amounts are due and payable within the period which is to be noted on the invoice, measured from the date of invoice creation. By receiving a custom order, you agree to pay the invoice which has been presented to you by Supernova Gaming. e reserve the right to not fulfill modification orders which may be offensive/derogatory in anyway. Any declined order will receive a full refund of the initial cost, and no invoice is to be sent. Payment Terms are only binding once the customer has purchased a product, as to proceed the customer must agree in checkout. Your order is subject to cancellation if any issues arise. Supernova Gaming is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or any other error which may appear on any offer which has been set forth by Supernova Gaming. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to such errors. Cancelled orders will receive a refund.
By using and checking out with Supernova Gaming, you as the customer, agree to pay all costs and potential costs associated with your product. This includes, but not limited to: The full cost of your product (including but not limited to: the product as it, and additional costs and modifications or custom work if requested), any shipping costs that may occur (Non Continental US Customers, as well as customers who chose a different shipping method), as well as any shipping costs associated with return/refusal of packages), and any taxes and/or duties.
Failure to pay all payments associated with your product may result in a cancellation order, or partial refund. Cases such as custom work or special order components (including but not limited to: parts that do not appear in our configurator such as different cases, different graphics cards, and more) must be paid in full within seven (7) days of receiving an invoice for the additional cost.
Supernova Gaming reserves the right to not begin orders until payment has been met in full. This includes but not limited to payment for custom work, modifications, payment for a product, a quoted product, ready to ship pc builds, modifications, check payments, wire payments, and ACH payments.
By checking out with Supernova Gaming, you must agree to our Terms & Conditions via a checkbox to proceed with your order. This checkbox will authorize us to run your payment method in full. You, the customer, agree to pay the total cost. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are willing to pay the costs and knowingly are checking out with Supernova Gaming. We do not take responsibility in the event of a chargeback. If you decide to chargeback an order you created, you had agreed prior to purchasing that you willingly and knowingly purchased all products associated with your order. If you would like to return your product before order processing, please contact the Supernova Gaming team. Please see return conditions (Section 4.3: Returns & 30 Day Money Back Guarantee) and Cancellation policy (Section 4.4: Cancellation Policy). You agree to pay any fees, fines, or penalties related to a chargeback on an order that you created and accepted.
We cannot ship a PC without first authenticating payment. This protects us from payment fraud, scams, and more. This includes products which ship quick, such as but not limited to, Ready to Ship computers, Supernova Gaming Accessories, and more. Payment in every condition must be authenticated and confirmed on our end before we can proceed with order fulfillment.
Supernova Gaming accepts check payments, wire payments, and ACH payments. Customers must pay the full agreed amount which was listed in checkout. If a received check does not match the amount listed and agreed in checkout, the check will not be deposited and will be considered NULL and VOID. If a received check, wire or ACH payment does not match the invoice amount during checkout, the order will be considered NULL and VOID. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect payment amount, damaged check, incorrect information on payment, bounced check or payment, and more. Upon paying with a check, wire or ACH, the customer will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with payment.
Section 3: Tax
Unless otherwise stated by Supernova Gaming invoices, you are fully responsible for paying all taxes and/or duties associated with your order.
Section 4: Warranty & Return Agreement
Supernova Gaming provides various warranty coverage for your purchase(s). Please see below for more details.
By purchasing a Supernova Gaming product, you agree to our Warranty & Return policy.
Section 4.1: Warranty Policy & Coverage
Supernova Gaming reserves the right to not honor warranty of any kind if we find any damage or misuse of the product. If we find a customer has damaged their product, we reserve the right to not cover any warranty. This includes, but not limited to, spilling a drink on the product, dropping the product, attempt to modify/change hardware (including overclocking, part swapping, and more). We reserve the right to use pre-owned products for any components which may fail, if the component in question is no longer in production, cannot be warrantied by the manufacturer, and/or cannot be reasonably replaced or cannot be purchased in new condition. Supernova Gaming does not cover accessories which we do not manufacture. For warranty information regarding our accessories, see Section 4.5. Due to the warranty period, we will repair or replace at sole discretion, the defective system/component, defined and specified by you. Labor and/or parts are free of charge during the duration of your products warranty period. As stated, parts may not be the same, however may be similar. For example, if your defective component is a Founders Edition NVIDIA 3060TI, we may replace it with an EVGA version of the same card. Supernova Gaming warranty policy covers the original components the system was built with. For example, if you added extra storage to your system we cannot warranty the storage added by you. If a part was swapped out, we cannot warranty it unless authorized by us. We do not warranty any damage caused by parts being changed by the customer and our warranty only extends to the products and original installation of the computer parts as is. We do not take responsibility for damages done in the customers hands. This includes, but not limited to, rain, water/liquid damage, fire, product being dropped (or thrown), unauthorized modifications, unauthorized system changes from original order, and more. Any misuse or mishandling of the product will void this warranty agreement. Parts may be replace by Supernova Gaming or the customer on a case by case scenario. If the defective part is simple to fix, we may request the customer install the parts to avoid addition shipping risk. In this case, the customer must send the defective part(s) back and Supernova Gaming will send new parts to the customer.
Supernova Gaming warranty only covers the original purchaser of any Supernova Gaming product. In the event of a resale, we cannot cover warranty unless from an authorized dealer or reseller.
We warrant that components, craftsmanship, and materials will last for the duration of the warranty period purchased. This includes all warranty policies offered by Supernova Gaming. The warranty period begins from the date of product shipment. Our warranty does not cover any product which is not manufactured by us (excluding components originally ordered in a computer). This includes any products we resell, such as Mice, Keyboards, and more, which are not ours originally or built by us. We do not cover any software installed on the system, including software installed by Supernova Gaming. We do not cover damage caused by environmental factors including but not limited to: rain, liquid, fire, earthquakes, lightning, your system being sucked into a blackhole, or any other possible disaster. We do not cover products which do not have matching serial numbers to the one in our system. We do not cover warranty if any unauthorized modification has been done (including entire system warranty and not just the modified component). We do not cover warranty on a product which we have not received full payment of (excluding financing, as we receive full payment from the issuer). We do not cover warranty on products not purchased from us or an authorized dealer or reseller. We do not cover warranty on products which may have been charged back.
If an issue arises during the duration of your warranty coverage, Supernova Gaming will attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem. If we determine the problem is a defective component which is covered by warranty, we will do one of the following: Send you a replacement part and guide you on re-installing the product, or have you send the system back to us for repair. This depends on which product is faulty. We do this to avoid risk of shipping the system, which can cause worse problems if packaged incorrectly. Some defective products may be simple enough for anyone to swap our, or more complicated where the Supernova Gaming team will need to fix the issue.
Replacement Parts: If the determined component is a simple repair, Supernova Gaming will send the part to you. A valid credit card number will be required at time of shipment, however you will not be charged for this component if it is still covered by warranty and the original part is returned to us within seven (7) business days. If we do not receive the defective component within the timeframe, we will charge you the current price of the component being replaced. Supernova Gaming will either send you an equal or better component unless you are out of warranty and/or choose a different option. Supernova Gaming will replace the component with a new, or like-new condition part. Within thirty (30) days, Supernova Gaming will pay shipping within the Continental United States on any component or product which must be replaced. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Return for Repair: Supernova Gaming will issue you a Return material Authorization (RMA) number before your product is returned for warranty. Supernova Gaming will send you a shipping label for your product, which is to be sent to our facility. The product must be returned with all of its original packaging and contents. If you have thrown out the packaging, we can provide the packaging and materials at your cost, plus shipping. Supernova Gaming will return the product to you. if the product is still within our thirty (30) day return period and you are located in the Continental United States, we will pay two way shipping. If this period is up, we will only pay shipping one way (from us back to you). We do not take any responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping excluding from us to you.
Our warranty only covers the core system which has been built by Supernova Gaming. We do not cover additions to the system which were not there at time of manufacturing. Supernova Gaming reserves the right to void or not honor warranty in cases such as, but not limited to, misuse, mishandling, unapproved modification, power surges, and more.
Supernova Gaming warranty only extends to hand-built Supernova Gaming systems. This includes Gaming PCs, Workstations, Ready to Ship, Quoted builds, and similar. Our warranty does cover the K87 Wired Gaming Mouse (See Section 4.5) Our warranty does not cover or extend to Software, Apparel/Clothing, or any product not made by us. If we determine there was no issue with the system, the customer must pay return shipping back.
System warranty may differ. We offer 3 year or 5 Year Parts Warranty with Lifetime Service and Support. Some systems, such as Customer Water Cooled components, will have a shorter warranty for parts. Your system is covered by the warranty listed on your parts sheet. Modification work may be covered by different warranty, which will be listed on the build sheet.
Lifetime Service Warranty means we never charge for warranty work excluding if we find the system had an issue due to misuse, damage, abuse, or unapproved modifications. We reserve the right to charge for warranty work under these cases.
Supernova Gaming warranty covers core usage of the system or product and does not include cosmetics. This includes custom paint, custom wraps, interior displays, glass etching, and other cosmetic aspects. Custom work does not come with warranty unless special requested and paid for by the customer.
It is more than acceptable to special request a component from Supernova Gaming. In such cases, we may opt to not offer warranty on that build or offer partial warranty. If the customer wants us to leave out a component and install it themselves, we do not warranty or cover this product or any damage caused by installation not done by Supernova Gaming.
If “Replacement Part” above is the method used for warranty, we will charge a test fee for the failed component(s) to ensure the card works. Supernova Gaming will then order the component, and the failed component must be returned to us within the given time period. if the component is not returned to us, we will charge the full amount.
we reserve the right to deny/void warranty under the following conditions:
- The one requesting warranty is not the original purchaser.
- We do not receive the product as shipped to the customer in the event of an RMA. The product must be returned as built/shipped by us.
- Upgrades, Repairs, or Installations not done by Supernova Gaming is not covered by warranty, and will instantly void all Warranty.
- If we find any physical damage, abuse, neglect, misuse, or damage caused by shipping (excluding from us to you), repair/modifications that were not authorized, extreme humidity, fluids, power fluctuations, lightning, improper electrical equipment/power, or misuse of the PC will not be covered.
- Damage done during any changing of parts. This includes “Replacement Part” warranty method listed above. We do not cover warranty if the component and any other component is damaged during installation. This warranty is optional. We request to only use “Replacement Part” if you, the customer, have the confidence and ability to do so.
- Failure to due Crypto/Data mining, or similar usages. Crypto/Data mining can be extremely damaging to graphics cards, processors, power supplies, and more. Under no circumstance shall a system receive warranty coverage if it is used in this way. This is considered misuse and abuse of the system.
The above lists six (6) main reasons why warranty may be voided. We reserve the right not not honor warranty in these conditions and any other conditions listed in this page.
Section 4.2: Shipping and Risks
Ground Shipping and Handling within the Continental United States is free on select systems, however may change without prior notice. Any outstanding order placed before the policy change will still receive free shipping, all orders after the change are responsible for paying the full cost of shipping. Outside of the Continental United States or Upon a policy change, you are fully responsible for paying associated shipping costs. Responsibility of the product will pass to the customer upon shipment completion from Supernova Gaming’s shipping location, to the extent permitted by law. The customer must notify Supernova Gaming within seven (7) business days of receiving the product if there is: damage to the product, missing items, not receiving expected order, and any other unexpected issue related to shipping. We will work with the customer to resolve this issue. Supernova Gaming PC shipments require a signature from the entity receiving the package, however the carrier may not ask for it as requested by Supernova Gaming. Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility for any packages which may be stolen or damaged by sitting outside, including packages which were left without signature. We kindly request that you be vigilant with your orders arrival, as carriers may not ask for signatures and may leave your product unprotected. We do not take responsibility for any damaged or missing products once delivered. This includes, but not limited to, theft, water damage, heat damage, and any other damage that could occur after delivery completion. Shipping dates are estimates and may or may not be incorrect. It is the customers responsibility to track their package and be aware that the package could arrive before or after the posted date. We reserve the right to delay orders due to external factors, including but not limited to, potential hurricanes, stocking issues, floods, and more. Supernova Gaming reserves the right to change shipping carriers at a moments notice.
Ready-to-Ship builds and Accessories will ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment authentication. These products will only ship once payment is fully authenticated. For international purchases, there may be unexpected delays for export paperwork. Please allow international purchases an extra five (5) to seven (7) business days for processing. Full returns are only accepted on Ready-to-Ship computers pre-shipment if and only if the computer has an issue found by Supernova Gaming or is delayed for any reason. No full returns between the time of purchase and the time of shipment are accepted for any reasons such as, but not limited to, payment taking extended time to authenticate and verify, international export delays, and more. Post shipment and arrival to customer will follow our 30-day return policy. A ready-to-ship system which is refunded pre-shipment (excluding authorized shipment delays) is subject to a 25% fee.
If a customer decides to do a charge back after receiving a product or system and does not pay with a different method within 48 hours of chargeback results, or return the product and pay a 25% restocking fee, we may contact local police with the customers name and address to report the product stolen. A chargeback will result in an outstanding invoice with us as you legally will not own the product anymore therefore it will be considered stolen.
Although Supernova Gaming takes full responsibility for the shipment until it reaches you, the customer, we do not take responsibility if you, as the customer/receiver, request a change with your shipment. We only accept responsibility from the shipment that we have created in its entirety. Responsibility will pass to you if you, as the customer and receiver, request a change to the shipment in anyway, including but not limited to, address changes, hold for pickup request, and cancelled deliveries. You will be responsible for any additional fees or lost packages due to this. We only accept responsibility if this action was authorized and created by Supernova Gaming. Supernova Gaming must be informed before any modification to the shipment is done by the customer.
Section 4.3: Returns & 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Supernova Gaming offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all computers. You have 30 days to return your system to us. If your system fails within 30 days, the return shipping is on us. All custom work, including custom paint, artwork, 3d models, glass etching, vinyl wrapping, and so forth, are none refundable and must be paid in full. This includes the service, and any products which may be affected. Such as, but not limited to, a custom painted case must be paid in full as this cannot be reused or returned to the manufacturer. By ordering custom work, you acknowledge the component cannot be returned. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Taxes/duties are not refundable. A twenty five (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To return products, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization number from Supernova Gaming. Please contact the Supernova Gaming team for one. When requesting an RMA, we request you state the reason as well as if it was an issue or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging with any documents, media, or items that were included. The customer is fully responsible for shipping costs back to Supernova Gaming in the vent of a return authorization. We reserve the right to decline a return if we find a system has been abused or damaged. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving and inspecting the Supernova Gaming product. Customers outside the Continental United States are responsible for any taxes and/or duties that may be presented due to international transit. Customers who receive an RMA must ship the product within seven (7) days of approval. We reserve the right to deny any RMA if the customer does not ship the product within this timeframe, unless otherwise agreed by Supernova Gaming in writing.
Certain products are non-returnable items. These products include, but not limited to, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 8000, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000. Such products are labeled “Non-Returnable”. These products cannot be returned under any circumstanced. By checking out with a system that contains these products, you agree to pay all costs associated with it, fully knowing they cannot be returned.

Section 4.4: Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your Supernova Gaming order, you must pay a 25% restocking fee. This excludes if your order was cancelled before processing or if Supernova Gaming cancels your order. Custom work including, but not limited to, modifications, custom water cooled loops, and more, are not able to be cancelled. Custom Work is non-refundable due to the time and resources put into it. This includes regular custom work as well as full custom work. This includes any personalization. Your order must be cancelled before processing is completed.
Section 4.5: Accessory Warranty
Accessories made by Supernova Gaming come with their own unique warranty and are not covered by the same warranty coverage as our computers.
Supernova Gaming Mouse Warranty (Includes K87 Wired Gaming Mouse): Any computer mouse manufactured by Supernova Gaming will receive 3-Year hardware warranty and 6 month cosmetic warranty. We warrant the mouse will be functional for a minimum of 3 years from the purchase date. Cosmetic warranty will only cover irregular ware, such as rubber pads coming off, fading paint, and similar. It does not cover any damage/scratches caused by being dropped or scratched by a ring for example. We reserve the right not void and not honor warranty on products that have been abused, misused, or damaged by the customer. This warranty only covers the usage as the product is intended. Our accessories are water resistant, however not water proof. Water/Liquid damage is not covered by our warranty policy.
Accessory warranty is labeled on the packaging. Any Supernova Gaming accessory not purchased directly from our site must be registered with its associated serial number.
Supernova Gaming may opt to replace a product with a new version if that said product has been discontinued. Supernova Gaming accessory warranty covers replacements and not repairs.
As stated above, a product purchased from an external location must be registered.
Section 4.6: Non Supernova Gaming Products
We do not warranty any products not manufactured or built by Supernova Gaming. This includes any products we may recommend on our blog posts or recommend that you purchase.
Section 4.7: Previous Warranty Policy & Agreement (Discontinued July 1st, 2023)
Supernova Gaming previously offered Lifetime Parts & Service Warranty. As of July 1st, 2023 any system built after will not be covered by our Lifetime Parts warranty. Any system built before July 1st, 2023 will maintain its warranty coverage. Our original warranty (lifetime) was a Limited Lifetime Warranty which covered any system built by us for the considered Lifetime of the parts. This means the system is covered by warranty as long as it is considered usable and reasonable, even if it is 10 years down the line. For example, if your system repeatedly fails at the 10 year mark, we may consider the warranty coverage expired. If your system has a few problems, your lifetime warranty will stand.
We opted to change Lifetime Warranty as it allowed us to offer better coverage and a better standard for warranty. Previously, and many competitors who offer Lifetime Warranty, only offer the warranty as long as the system is considered to be usable. If the system was not considered usable even after a year and a half, warranty may not have been covered. By giving a 3 Year Standard Warranty, your system is guaranteed to be covered for a minimum of 3 years.
All systems purchased after July 1st, 2023 will not receive Lifetime parts warranty.
Section 4.8: Software Warranty
We do not warranty any software we may have available for download or recommend, including the K87 Gaming Software. We do not take any responsibility for any issues that our software may cause to your system, This includes crashes and freezes to your PC.
Section 4.9: For International Customers
International customers (non United States customers) will receive a 1-year parts and service warranty with lifetime support. International Customers have always received this warranty even prior to our warranty change on July 1st, 2023. International Customers will follow the same warranty coverage as United States customers, however the included “3 year Parts & Service Warranty” is only 1 year of coverage and customers must pay all duties and fees and do not maintain our 30-day free return policy.
International customers are responsible for all shipping, taxes/duties, fees, import/export, and any other shipping expense that may occur. This includes but not limited to importing/exporting, receiving replacement parts, arranging and paying for any components back to Supernova Gaming. International customers are responsible for any and all duties, customs, VAT, and other associated taxes and charges which may have to be paid. These charges are non-refundable after order shipping. International customers must pay all shipping costs, including if the Supernova Gaming PC must be sent back to Supernova Gaming. Our 30-Day Free Return Policy does not cover international purchases. International customers agree to pay all associated VAT and Return costs including if the system has an issue.
Ready to Ship systems may take extra time (up to an estimated seven (7) business days) to ship.
Section 5: Limited Liability
Supernova Gaming does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth, herein, including any liability for products not being available for use, misuse of products, lost or corrupted data/software. Supernova Gaming is not liable for any lost profits, physical injury, loss of business, or any other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim on any third party, unless otherwise expressed herein. You agree that any liability related to the purchase of a Supernova Gaming product or service, we are not responsible for any amount of damage above the original cost amount which you paid for your purchase.
Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility for products not made by Supernova Gaming, such as recommended accessories/products in our blog posts. These are made by other manufacturers and are the honest opinion of Supernova Gaming about the product. Supernova Gaming does put links to purchase these products, however it does not make us liable. It is at the users/customers sole discretion to purchase the product from their preferred vendor. We cannot take any responsibility for any issues any recommended product may have.
Supernova Gaming does not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery information. This includes, but not limited to, accidentally entering a billing address which is not the same as your shipping address. The customer has the option to use the billing address as a shipping address, if the customer chooses to opt out of entering the shipping address, they acknowledge that the billing address matches the shipping address. We do not take responsibility for any mistakes and/or incorrect delivery location caused by this or any other incorrect shipping information. Shipments will be sent to the address listed under “Shipping Information” if the billing and shipping addresses do not match.
Section 6: Products
Supernova Gaming continuously upgrades and revises its offerings. Supernova Gaming may revise or discontinue a product at anytime without prior notice to customers. Supernova Gaming will ship product which are equal or better in functionality and performance than ordered, Changes between hat is shipped and what is described in a specific page are possible. Product images are not an accurate depiction of your system. Computer components used by Supernova Gaming are selected from new parts. Spare parts may be new or like-new condition. As stated in the Warranty Agreement, warrantied parts may be replaced with pre-owned components if a component is no longer in production, cannot be purchased new, or is unreasonably priced in the market compared to its MSRP.
Section 7: Not For Resale
By purchasing a Supernova Gaming system, you agree that the product is yours and is not for resale. This policy excludes authorized dealers and resellers who have met and been accepted into our Business Program as well as provided written and signed documentation and agreements between the reseller and Supernova Gaming.
Components within a Supernova Gaming system are not intended for resale and will not be covered by warranty if taken out of the system. Only the original purchaser of the device or product will receive warranty excluding from an authorized Supernova Gaming dealer. We do not cover warranty on products that you purchase and sold to another customer or person(s) unless you are authorized to do so. If you purchased a system from an authorized reseller, they will be listed on our “Authorized Reseller” list and we must have authentic proof of purchase to honor warranty.
By agreeing to Supernova Gaming’s Terms & Conditions, you agree that you are not going to resell your system, pretend to be a salesman for Supernova Gaming, or provide Warranty. Of course, it is more than acceptable to sell your Supernova Gaming product as once it is paid for its yours, however if you choose to do so please inform your customer that you are not authorized and we will not cover warranty or support for them (unless you are an authorized dealer). We do not support anyone selling our systems and promising our warranty and support to a second hand purchaser.
Section 8: Custom Work & Special Requests
By purchasing custom work, such as but not limited to, full custom paint, 3D modeling, personalized glass etching, are created by the customer. The work is still the owner of all copyrights associated, and no part of it is derivative on the original copyrighted work, or the customer may have legal right to reproduce art provided. If copyrighted work is requested and approved, a valid license must be shown to Supernova Gaming. Although we have an approval process, Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility for any infringed copyright design, as the customer is the one choosing it. Supernova Gaming reserves the right to deny any custom work due to copyright infringement, offensive/derogatory designs, or designs which may require a large amount of resources to be completed. We do not take responsibility for damages done to any custom work once in the customer’s possession. This includes but not limited to, paint/art being scratched, damaged 3D model, and similar damages.
Customers are welcome to request specialized components not normally offered by Supernova Gaming. This includes hardware components, vinyl designs and more. Special requests once confirmed cannot be cancelled. Specialized components may come with different warranty than that of what we regularly offer. We use only top tier, top quality parts from some of the best brands. This is how we offer Above Industry Standard Warranty. If a customer special requests something, especially from a brand we are not familiar with, we may opt to only cover that part for up to a year or the manufacturers original warranty.
Section 9: Free Shipping Policy
Supernova Gaming offers free shipping within the Continental United States. This policy only includes any state which is considered Continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as any other state which may not be considered the Continental United States. Anyone who resides outside of the Continental United States agrees to pay shipping as well as any shipping fees that may occur. We reserve the right to change free shipping without prior notice. Customers who have outstanding orders will receive free shipping on any order.
Section 10: International Customers
As stated in Section 4.9, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges that may occur, importing/exporting, receiving replacement parts, arranging and paying for any components back to Supernova Gaming. International customers are responsible for all custom duties, VAT and other associated taxes and charges which may have to be paid. This includes customs, duty, VAT, and other tax charges. These charges are non-refundable after order shipping. International Customers must pay all shipping costs, including if the Supernova Gaming PC must be sent back to Supernova Gaming for warranty. Our 30-Day Free Return policy does not cover international purchases. International customers agree to pay all associated VAT and Return shipping costs. International orders may require extra time to fulfill.
Section 11: Governing Law
This agreement and any sale hereunder shall be governed by and subject to the laws of the state of Florida
Section 12: Data Loss
Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility for any data loss which may have been lost in any way, shape or form. This includes: Failed storage drives (HDD, SSD, M.2 SSD, and similar), data loss due to sending in a system for warranty claims, data loss due to parts being replaced, or any similar act.
We request you frequently back up any important/sensitive/all data and especially before sending in your system or replacing a component.
Section 13: Refusal of Package
Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility for refusal of any package. If the customer decides not to accept a package from the carrier, the customer will be billed the amount for shipping back to Supernova Gaming, as well as the amount for shipping from Supernova Gaming to the customer. This includes, but not limited to, Supernova Gaming’s Free Continental US offer. The customer will also be charged the same fees as a return/cancellation. Such fee is as follows:
Twenty-Five percent (25%) restocking fee, full payment of any custom work (including but not limited to: paint, custom etching, and an interior display), non-returnable items such as: NVIDIA Quadro RTX 8000. Non-Returnable items will be listed “Non-Returnable” in the product description.
This excludes if your package comes damaged from us to you. If you notice the security tape is broken/tampered, please inspect the package to ensure all contents are inside. All Supernova Gaming PC systems, including Gaming PCs and Workstation PCs are double boxed. If you notice both boxes are damaged/tampered with, and items are missing/damaged, refuse the package from the carrier. Upon receiving a damaged/tampered package, please refuse the package from the carrier. A PC system should be signed for. If the carrier leaves the package without a signature, and you received a damaged package, please contact the Supernova Gaming team within seven (7) business days.
Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility for a damaged package which was accepted from the carrier. If the customer accepts a package in this condition, we (Supernova Gaming) cannot take responsibility for any damage. If the carrier leaves the package in this condition, it is at the carrier’s fault. As stated, please contact the Supernova Gaming team about this within seven (7) business days.
If Supernova Gaming is not informed within seven (7) business days of a damaged package being received without signature, we cannot put the carrier at fault. Supernova Gaming does not take responsibility in such cases. The customer must inform Supernova Gaming within those seven (7) business days, starting from the original contact date. This means if a customer emails on the seventh (7) day, and Supernova Gaming replies to the customer on the eighth (8) day, it will be accepted by Supernova Gaming.
Section 14: Affiliate Program
Supernova Gaming offers an Affiliate Program to all potential users. Affiliates earn commission based on their sales. Commission may vary from Affiliate to Affiliate. By joining our Affiliate Program, you must agree to these Terms & Conditions. Supernova Gaming reserves the right to cancel Affiliate Accounts if any terms below are violated. Affiliates whose accounts are cancelled, in extreme circumstances, may not receive their associated commission payment. We request all Affiliates to read these terms in detail before joining. Supernova Gaming reserves the right to cancel its affiliate program at any moment. Affiliates will be notified beforehand.
Supernova Gaming is constantly looking for new affiliates who wish to grow and expand with the company. Supernova Gaming will, to the best of our ability, assist in helping the affiliate expand their social channels as well. Supernova Gaming reserves the right to assist the affiliate at our sole discretion. This means we may not post/mention about a certain affiliate every day, or at the affiliates request. Before Supernova Gaming posts/mentions an affiliate, we agree to reach out beforehand and get approval to respect the privacy of that affiliate.
Section 14.1: Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Upon scrolling to the Affiliate Application Form, users will pass the “Do” and Don’t” list. These are the terms put in place by Supernova Gaming. If any of these terms are violated, an affiliate may have their account cancelled at a moment’s notice. Depending on the severity of the issue, that affiliate may not receive commission. By signing up to the affiliate program, you agree that you will:
Never say anything negative about another company/entity (i.e. a competing company). Affiliates who violate this condition will, under no circumstance, receive commission and their account will be cancelled immediately. Supernova Gaming is not in the business of bringing others down and reserves the right to not pay affiliates who violate this.
Never false advertise Supernova Gaming products (i.e. say we offer/do something we do not).
Never sell Supernova Gaming branded products (i.e. Systems, Clothing, etc.) without approval. Affiliates may use Supernova Gaming branded logo with their own logo if, and only if, written approval has been granted to that affiliate.
Never offer unofficial Supernova Gaming discount codes. Violating this will result in Supernova Gaming withholding commission to determine the severity of the issue this may has caused. We reserve the right to not pay affiliates who violate this.
Never use your own affiliate link for purchases at the Supernova Gaming website.
Never change/modify any logos/images unless approved by Supernova Gaming.
Never disclose any private information about Supernova Gaming.
Violation of any term above is determined case by case scenario. Violations result in different consequences. We reserve the right to with hold commission, not give affiliates their commission, or dismiss any violation that may have been caused. Supernova Gaming understands some violations may be unintentional, which is why each case is assessed case by case and cannot have a said consequence. We reserve the right to cancel affiliate accounts without prior notice. In the event of a cancelled account, the affiliate will receive full deserved payment from the affiliate program unless in the event of breaking these Terms & Conditions.
Section 14.2: Partnership Agreement
Supernova Gaming agrees to pay all Affiliates their associated amounts. As stated, any terms which are violated may result in lowered commission, no commission, or expulsion of the Affiliate Program. Each case is assessed on a case by case scenario, as terms may be violated unintentionally. As an affiliate, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. As the company, Supernova Gaming agrees to pay you the associated amount as long as all Terms & Conditions are followed.
Section 15: Affiliate Products, Posts, & Newsletters/Emails
When you read out blog, we may earn affiliate commission off of products we recommend in our posts. Affiliate commission means we make some money on products you purchase when you click on a link to an external product (i.e. an Amazon link). We denote this at the very top of each page which may contain affiliate links.
Our affiliate commission does not change our recommendations and not every link is an affiliate link. All reviews are unbias and not affected by commission. We would rather have you purchase a Supernova Gaming product. When you click on the link of an affiliated website, you will be taken to that brands webpage via a unique link ID. This website may install a cookie on your browser, which will be used to track if you purchase something, which we may get paid commission on for recommending the product. Although we sell our own products, we use affiliate commission to help us expand our small business by allowing us to spend extra on advertising, inventory, and build new Ready-to-Ship builds as well as helps us cover any future warranty work.
Section 16: User Account Agreement & Emails
By making a user account, you agree to give Supernova Gaming your email. Your email will NOT be given or sold to any third party. You will receive email information regarding your account, reset password, and similar emails. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information regarding user accounts, newsletters, and checkout email usage. We agree to never sell or share your information or data with any third party unless otherwise needed, such as the shipping companies needing your address.
Section 17: Promotions & Giveaways
Supernova Gaming occasionally has promotions. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time, including if we cannot fulfill such promotions. An example of this is if we run a promotion that you buy one K87 Wired Gaming Mouse, you get a second one free. We may end this at anytime if inventory becomes too low too quickly.
Supernova Gaming will do giveaways. We reserve the right to cancel rewards for the winner and select a new one during these giveaways for any reason. Such reasons could include, but not limited to, violating any Supernova Gaming Terms and Conditions, false information, applicant/winner is in a location where giveaways are not allowed, it is financially too expensive to ship the product to the winner, and more. Another instance of giveaway cancellations will be violating the rules of the giveaway. Each giveaway will clearly list rules. Violating any of these will result in a new winner being chosen.
